Maxime Gallant, 93, of Saint Philippe, passed away on Saturday, April 1st, 2006 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Saint Philippe, NB, he was the son of the late Fidel and the late Josephine (née: Gallant) Gallant.
Mr. Gallant was a parishioner of Saint-Philippe R.C.C.
He is survived by his niece Celina (Albert) Landry with whom he resided as well as several other nieces and nephews.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family, he was predeceased by two sisters: Dora and Celina and also by two brothers: Walter and William.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 857-1901, on Sunday April 2nd, 2006 from 7 to 9 pm and also on Monday April 3rd, 2006 from 1 pm until time of departure. Funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint-Philippe Roman Catholic Church, on Monday April 3rd, 2006 at 3 pm.
Interment in Parish Cemetery, St. Philippe, NB.
