Maxime LeBlanc, 83, of Bouctouche passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Saturday January 2, 2016. He was married to the late Clarice (LeBlanc) LeBlanc (2002). Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the Michel and the late Emilia (Bastarache) LeBlanc.
He will be sadly missed by his son Paul (Renée) of Bouctouche, two grandchildren; Maxime and Mathieu, three sisters; Léola Nowlan, Noella LeBlanc and Marie-Mai LeBlanc, two brothers; Emilien and Yvon (Mélina) all of Bouctouche as well as several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by one sister Geralda and three brothers Léo, Joseph and Gerard.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Monday January 4, 2016 from 7 to 9 and on Tuesday from 9 to 10:45 am. Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Church, Bouctouche on Tuesday January 5, 2016 at 11:00 am with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.
In memory of Maxime donations may be made to paliative care unit Stella Maris de Kent Hospital Foundation.
