Cap-Pelé, NB- It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Michael Landry, 51, who passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, November 12th, 2025.
Born in Etobicoke, ON, he was the son of the late Normand Landry and the late Rose (Gunn) Landry.
Micheal will be sadly missed by his daughter, Michelle Landry (Sawyer); his sister, Denise Landry (Rousel Léger); his grandson, Blake LeBlanc; as well as his niece, Jennifer and her children.
In his younger years, Michael enjoyed playing hockey and spending time in the woods with his father, building all kinds of projects together. As an adult, he moved to Montréal, where he worked with the Salvation Army for ten years. Following his father’s passing, Michael returned to New Brunswick, where he found joy in crafting birdhouses alongside his grandson.
Michael was a devoted father and grandfather whose love, kindness, and presence will be deeply missed.
Donations in memory of Michael can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
In respect of Michael’s wishes, there will only be a private funeral service.
