Murielle Bastarache, 83, of Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the UHC Dr. Georges-L. Dumont, Moncton, on Friday February 4, 2022. Born in Saint-Edouard-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Elmire (Maillet) Bastarache.
Murielle was an accounting secretary on her own account for many years. Her favorite hobby was reading and painting.
She will be sadly missed by her three sisters; Gloria Allain (Urbain) of Saint-Louis, Alberta Dionne (late Hector) of Moncton and Lucille Cormier (Régis) of Dieppe as well as several nephews and nieces.
Visitations will be held at Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église, Bouctouche on Saturday February 19, 2022 from 9:00 to 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at the Funeral Home at 11:00 am with interment in the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent parish cemetery in the spring.
PROOF OF VACCINATION, GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID AND FACE MASK ARE MANDATORY AT THE FUNERAL HOME AS PER THE PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES.
