Neil Cooper, 84, of Résidence Virginia, Dieppe, NB, passed away on Monday, November 26th, 2007 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital.
Born in Owen Sound, ON, he was the son of the late Bill and the late Frances (née: Parker) Cooper.
He is survived by his many friends at the residence; one sister-in-law, Lena of Moncton as well as by several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by one sister, Pearl and also by three brothers: Bill, Larry and Jack.
