Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB – Nora Leger, 96, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

Born in Rogersville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Pierre and the late Eugénie Richard (born LeBlanc).

Nora will be sadly missed by her three sons, Robert Leger (Melba) of Kingston, ON, Peter Leger of Bobcaygeon, ON and Paul Leger (Lisa) of Nackawic, NB; by one daughter, Denise Stephens (Doug) of Nanaimo, BC; by two brothers, Gérald Richard (Jean) of Peterborough, ON and Léo Richard (Julia) of Seagrave, NB; by two sisters, Alice Boucher (late Emery) of Oshawa, ON and Rosalie Aubé (Alvin) of Moncton, NB; by ten grandchildren, Lori-Anne, Roxanne, Matthew, Mathieu, Mélissa, Holly, Emily, Ashley, Tiffany and Jennifer; by ten Great-grandchildren; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Yvon Leger; by five brothers, Patrick, Placide, Marcel, Emile and Fidèle; and by two sisters, Mélanie and Aurore.

Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 7pm to 9pm.There will be no visitation on Saturday, July 6, 2019. Funeral Service will be held at St-Henri de Barachois Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, July 6, 2019, at 10:30am.
