Norbert LeBlanc, 66, of Greater Lakeburn, NB, passed away on Monday, November 17th, 2008 at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.

Born in Saint-Anselme, NB, he was the son of the late Marc and the late Lorraine (née: Melanson) LeBlanc.

Mr. LeBlanc had retired from the C.N. Terminal Center, was a member of C.N.I.B. and a parishioner of Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Julia (née: Foster); two daughters: Joanne LeBlanc (Martin Savoie) of Shippagan and Charline LeBlanc of Burlington, ON; one son, Jean (Judith Landry) of Caraquet; three sisters: Alice Eveson, Bella LeBlanc, both of Saint-Anselme and Rosella (Louis) Melanson of Scoudouc; two brothers: Cécime (Diane) of Shediac and Ulysse (Sandra) of Halifax, NS; five grandchildren: Rémi, Mylène, Nicolas, Mélanie and Lily as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Majella.

Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Thursday from 9: 30 am until time of departure.

Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Thursday, November 20th, 2008 at 11 am.

Interment in Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe, NB.

Donations to the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital Foundation “Oncology” would be appreciated by the family.

À l’hôpital régional Dr Georges-L. Dumont, le lundi 17 novembre, 2008, à l’âge de 66 ans, est décédé Norbert LeBlanc, domicilié à Greater Lakeburn, N.-B.

Né à Saint-Anselme, N.-B., il était fils de feu Marc et de feu Lorraine (née: Melanson) LeBlanc.

Avant sa retraite, M.LeBlanc avait travaillé à l’édifice C.N., il était membre de I.N.C.A. et de la paroisse Saint-Anselme.

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse, Julia (née: Foster); deux filles: Joanne LeBlanc (Martin Savoie) de Shippagan et Charline LeBlanc de Burlington, ON; un fils, Jean (Judith Landry) de Caraquet; trois soeurs: Alice Eveson, Bella LeBlanc, toutes deux de Saint-Anselme et Rosella (Louis) Melanson de Scoudouc; deux frères: Cécime (Diane) de Shediac et Ulysse (Sandra) de Halifax, N.-E.; cinq petits-enfants: Rémi, Mylène, Nicolas, Mélanie et Lily ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.

Outre ses parents, une soeur, Majella l’a prédécédé dans la tombe.

Les visites auront lieu à la Maison funéraire Chartersville, 363 rue Amirault, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) le jeudi 20 novembre, 2008 de 9h 30 jusqu’au départ pour les funérailles.

Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Saint-Anselme, le jeudi 20 novembre, 2008 à 11h.

L’inhumation au colombaire de la Maison funéraire Chartersville, Dieppe, N.-B.
