In Loving Memory Of
Normand Roy
1935-2022

Dieppe, NB – Normand Roy, 87, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Moncton Albert Hospice House in Moncton.

Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Amedee Roy and the late Scolestie (Goguen) Roy.

Normand was a transport driver. He loved fishing and hunting, and he was an avid Montreal Canadian fan.

Normand will be sadly missed by his wife of 65 years of marriage: Rolande Roy (née Hébert); his daughter: Judy Roy of Moncton; his two sons: Daniel “Danny” (Charline) of Caissie-Cape and Garry (Claire) of Cap de Cocagne; his seven grandchildren: Justin, Jolyne (Melissa), Christine (Eric Levesque), Stéphanie (Karine Themens), Breanna, Darrien and Cloey; his six great grandchildren: Kaleb, Rosa, Parker, Charlotte, Liam and Maddox; his five sisters: Rita Roy, Aline (Gary) O’Brien, Cécile (Bob) Laird, Gloria (Larry) Hébert all of Moncton and Doreen Roy of Dieppe. He will be also sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son: Alfred; his sisters: Léa, Edmée, Emma and Hermine; and by his brothers: Laurie and Donald.

Visitations will take place at Passage-Chartersville (363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, 506-857-1901) on Friday, November 25, 2022, from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral service will follow at the Passage-Chartersville Funeral Chapel at 4pm.

In lieu of Flowers, Donations in Normand’s memory can be made to the Moncton Albert Hospice House.
