Néri LeBlanc, 81, of Moncton, NB, died peacefully on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2011 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital, Moncton, NB.
Born in Moncton, NB, on September 23rd, 1929, he was the son of the late Irénée and the late Nathalie (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Mr. LeBlanc had retired from Route Canada.
He is survived by one sister, Edna LeBlanc (Gérard Richard) of Fox Creek; two brothers: Edgar W. (Anita) of Dover and Roger of Moncton; a special friend, Dot Myers of Moncton as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by three sisters: Dorilla, Lorraine and baby Maria and also by three brothers: Oscar and baby twins, Ferdinand and Edgar.
No visitation will be held at the funeral home.
Funeral mass will be held from the Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption, Moncton, NB on Monday, February, 7th, 2011 at 11am with Rev. Yvon Cormier officiating.
Interment in Notre-Dame-de Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
Donations to the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital Foundation or Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption parish would be appreciated by the family.

À l’Hôpital régional Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont de Moncton, le mercredi 2 février, 2011 à l’âge de 81 ans, est décédé Néri LeBlanc. Il demeurait à Moncton, N.-B.
Né à Moncton, N.-B., le 23 septembre, 1929, il était fils de feu Irenée et de feu Nathalie (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Avant sa retraite, M. LeBlanc avait travaillé pour Route Canada.
Il laisse dans le deuil une soeur, Edna LeBlanc (Gérard Richard) de Fox Creek; deux frères: Edgar W. (Anita) de Dover et Roger de Moncton; une amie spéciale, Dot Myers de Moncton ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces.
Trois soeurs: Dorilla, Lorraine et bébé Maria ainsi que trois frères: Oscar et bébés-jumeaux, Ferdinand et Edgar l’ont précédé dans la tombe.
Aucune visite auront lieu au salon.
Les funérailles auront lieu en l’église Cathédrale Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption, Moncton, N.-B., le lundi 7 février, 2011 à 11h., P. Yvon Cormier, célébrant.
