Cap-Pelé, NB – Odias Cormier, 74, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, March 3, 2016, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Bas-Cap-Pelé, NB, he was the son of the late Albénie and Adéline (Vautour) Cormier.
Odias will be sadly missed by his wife, Annette; his son, Roger Cormier of Shediac Bridge; his daughter, Lucie Wilson (Gordie) of Calhoun; his four brothers, Eric (Ella) of Grand-Barachois, Évariste (Yvette) of Shediac, Jean of Bas-Cap-Pelé and Dosithé of Shediac; his three sisters, Diana Clark (Don) of Mississauga, ON, Yvrette Duguay (late Arthur) of Shediac and Marceline Nowlan (Ron) of Moncton; his two granddaughters, Brenda and Nadine; also by several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila slumber room on Monday, March 7, 2016 from 12 to 1:45 pm. Funeral mass will be held at the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila RC Church in Cap-Pelé on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 2 pm.
