In Loving Memory Of
Ovila Mazerolle
1932 ~ 2023

Saint-Antoine, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ovila Mazerolle, 90, at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital. He lived at the Bénaise Residence in Saint-Antoine but was formerly from Cocagne.

Born in Pointe-Sapin, he was the son of the late Antoine and the late Léa Mazerolle (Robichaud).

Ovila will be sadly missed by his special friend, Francine Landry; his sisters: Lina Pellerin of Shediac Bridge, Lorette Lirette (late Eddy) of Moncton; his brother-in-law, Normand Després of Shediac Bridge; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers: Alyre, Emery, Yvon, Hector, Alfred and Aldéi; and his sisters: Anna-May Bourque (late Médore), Mérita Doiron (late Ola), Joséphine Robichaud (late Antoine), Yvette Mazerolle, Alphonsine Després and Jeanne Mazerolle.

A special thank you to the employees of the Bénaise Residence for the excellent care provided to Ovila during his time there.

Per the wishes of the family, there will be no visitation or funeral service.

Donations in Ovila’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
