PATRICK LAWLOR

Patrick Lawlor, 67, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Monday, December 29th, 2014, at the Moncton Hospital.

Born in Belle Island, NL, he was the son of the late Thomas Patrick and the late Yvonne (née: Doucette) Lawlor.

Prior to retirement, he had a 37 year career in the Canadian Armed Forces. He retired as a CPO 2, he was a member of the Dieppe Club d’Age d’Or and St. Bernard’s parish.
He is survived by his wife, Linda (née: Bourgeois); one son, Jason (Karyn) of Halifax, NS; three sisters: Linda (Rhéal) Bourque, Agnes Lawlor (Glen Pellerin) and Dorothy (Stewart) Jones, all of Moncton; two brothers: Richard (late Elaine) of Dartmouth, NS and Kevin (Paula) of Halifax, NS; one brother-in-law, Alphonse Johnson of Grande Digue; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two sisters: Mary-Jane (late Doug Ryan) and Veronica.

Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint-Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church, Moncton, NB, on Saturday, January 3rd, 2015 at 11 am.  

Interment in Our-Lady-of-Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.

Donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital “Oncology” would be appreciated by the family.
