Paul Bourgeois, 80 of Sainte-Anne de Kent, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne de Kent on Wednesday November 7, 2012. He was married to Jeannette (Chiasson) Bourgeois. Born in Grande-Digue he was the son of the late Théophile and the late Elvina (Arsenault) Bourgeois.
Prior to his retirement, Paul was employed as a foreman for Caldwell and Ross.
He will be sadly missed by his spouse Jeannette, his son Normand (Rachelle) of Sainte-Anne de Kent, his grandson Luc, his sister Marie Anne (Anna) and her husband Oscar Leblanc of Sainte-Marie de Kent as well as several nieces and nephews.
Paul was predeceased by a sister Emerise and nine brothers: Alphonse, Joseph, Auguste, George, Albert, Edouard, Antoine, Jean et Alcide.
Visitations will be held at the Sainte-Anne de Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Friday November 9, 2012 from 7 to 9pm and on Saturday from 9 to 10:45am. Funeral Mass will be in the Sainte-Anne Church on Saturday November 10, 2012 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
In Paul`s memory donations can be made to the Stella-Maris de Kent Hospital or to the family.
