Moncton, NB– Paul Edward Douthwright, 87, passed away peacefully at Moncton Hospital, on Sunday, October 18, 2020.
Born in Moncton, NB, he was the son of the late Frank and Flora Douthwright (nee Wells).
Paul worked at Murray Beach Provincial Park Campground for over 33 years.
Paul will be sadly missed by his sister, Josephine Vickers (Bob) of Moncton; his friend, Lucille Mitchell; also by several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Edna, Yvonne, Flora, Marjorie, Freda and Pauline; his brothers, Robert and Frank JR; his nephew, Roger.
Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road, Moncton, Wednesday, October 21, 2020 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm and Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 9am to 10:45am. Only 5-6 people at a time will be allowed in. Everyone attending the visitation will be mandated to wear a mask.
Funeral Service will be limited to only immediate family, on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11am at Passage Chapel in Moncton. The service will be streamed and can be viewed live on the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PassageFH/ for all others to participate from home. The service will also remain available on Passage Facebook page following the service.
