Paul Jaillet
1938 ~ 2019

Moncton (formerly of Grande-Digue), NB – Paul Jaillet, 81, passed away peacefully at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, surrounded by his loving family, on Thursday, October 17, 2019.

Born in Rexton, NB, he was the son of the late Léonce and the late Alvina Jaillet (born Babin).

Paul loved to go camping, attend music festivals and had a great sense of humour. He cherished time spent with his devoted wife, family and especially his grandchildren.

Paul will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Marguerite Jaillet (born Richard); his sons, Dean, Alan (Pauline) both of Grande-Digue and Marc (Leanne) of Vernon, BC; his sister, Gertrude Mazerolle (late Gérard) of Moncton; his grandchildren, Timothy (Nicole), Adam, Shaun (Sharole), Samantha (Richard), Alex and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Mikaela, Bradley and Maisie; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Danny; his brothers, James and Alvin.

In memory of Danny who passed away on May 13, 2019 in Massachusetts, family will be receiving friends for visitation at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 9 am until time of funeral service to celebrate the life of both father and son at Passage Chapel at 11 am.

A donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, “Pépére Boîte à Lunch” or to a charity of your choice.

We, the family would like to thank the doctors and nurses especially at the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital and the staff of “Résidence Moncton” where he resided.
