Sackville, NB ~ Pauline Goodwin, 80, passed away peacefully at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 6th, 2021.
Born in Cap Tormentine, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Briggs and the late Evelyn Briggs (born Allen).
Pauline will be missed by her husband, Robert Goodwin of Sackville; four sons, Allan Goodwin (Sue) of Moncton, Raymon Goodwin (Sandra) of Nova Scotia, David Goodwin (Chantal) of Quebec and Leslie Goodwin (Desiree) of Port Elgin; seven daughters, Deborah Butler (Danny) of Nova Scotia, Dawn Phinney (Mike) of Sackville, Cynthia Bougie (Jean), Jane Nolin (Jean) both of Quebec, Shelley Goodwin of Alberta, Ruth Goodwin of Sackville and Susan Atkinson (Mark) of British Columbia; two sisters, Anne Briggs of Moncton and Patricia Sprague of Baie Verte; twenty five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Pauline was predeceased by her son Shane Goodwin (Nathalie) and her brother, Ronald Briggs (Susan).
A digital life celebration of Pauline will be carried out via Zoom. In lieu of an in-person gathering, we are opting for a virtual format in hopes that everyone that knew and loved Pauline will be able to participate, as we share stories, and offer remembrances.
