In Loving Memory Of
Philip A. Chaulk
1959 ~ 2026

It is with sadness the family of Philip Chaulk announce his passing at the Moncton City Hospital on Monday, September 28th, 2026.

Philip was born in Deer Lake, NL, on July 4th, 1959, to the late Sterling and the late Brada Chaulk (Laing).

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, Tony and Chris.

Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Melissa; his grandchildren: Alex, Hailey, and Connor; his great grandchildren: Rayne and Willow; his siblings: Gary (Madonna) and Cora (Frank) along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and special cousin, Matt and many friends.

Philip was a fantastic musician. He put his heart and soul into his music whether he was playing guitar, keys or drums. That love for music has been passed on to his daughter.

In respect to the family’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service held at this time. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

  7. Phil had a love for music. It was a privilege for me to share that love with him together on stage at the Harvest House. It was there that I first met Phil while in recovery. Our paths would cross several times again years afterwards; we always remained friends. There are many fond memories of playing with him in The Harvesters band. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him and his music. My sincere condolences to Melissa and the family.
