It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Philippe LeBlanc, 70, on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late René and the late Dorice LeBlanc (Breau).
Philippe will be sadly missed by his loving spouse, of 50 years, Bernice Cormier; his siblings: Rena Goguen (Louis-Philippe) of Cocagne, Gabriel “Gaby” LeBlanc (Estelle Thibodeau) of Cocagne, Francine Cormier (Vincent) of Grande-Digue, Michel LeBlanc of Cocagne, and Nathalie Smith (Greg) of Ottawa; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Philippe was beloved by everyone he knew. He was admired by many, and was known for his smile, as well as his soft and courageous character. Nature was a very big part of his life, and he loved to go out hunting.
In respect to Philippe’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service.
Donations in Philippe’s memory can be made to the Moncton SPCA (PAW).
