Philomène Boudreau, 102, of Villa Providence, Shediac, formerly of Saint-Anselme, passed away on Sunday, November 18th, 2007at her residence.
Born in Saint-Paul de Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Levi and the late Obeline (née: Bourque) Robichaud.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Boudreau had taught school at Ecole Saint-Anselme, she was a former member of La Fédération des Enseignant(e)s Retraité(e)s du NB , Les Dames de Ste.-Anne, Saint-Anselme Parish Benevolent Comity , Club d’Age d’Or and a parishioner of Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Fernande (Francis) Goguen of Fox Creek; one son, Olando (Lorraine) of Saint-Anselme; one grandson, Fréderic as well as by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur in 1984, one sister, Sr. Marie-Georgia (Nelida) and also by one brother, Premelite.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB 857-1901, on Wednesday November 28th, 2007, from 7 to 9 pm and on Thursday from 10 am until time of departure.
Funeral mass will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, on Thursday, November 29th, 2007, at 11 am.
Interment in Saint-Thomas de Memramcook Parish Cemetery, Memramcook NB.
