Moncton, N.B. – Phyllis Duguay, 87, of Autumn Lee Retirement Home, passed away on Friday, September 30th, 2022, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Alban and the late Edmee (Pellerin) Richard.
Phyllis worked as a cook in nursing homes for 20 years before her retirement. She was a very social person who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Phyllis will be sadly missed by her son: Robert (Darlene) Duguay and her daughter: Michelle (Scott) Arsenault both of Riverview; her five grandchildren: Melanie, Chantal, Denny, Alexander and Olivia; her seven great grandchildren: Hailey, Madyson, Jackson, Emma, Jace, Ava and Ella; her two sisters: Lucille (Leandre) Leger of Cormier-Village and Annette (late Keith) Cooper of Charlottetown; as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband: Norman and by two brothers: Leo-Paul and Donald.
There will be no visitations and a private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.
