Cap-de-Cocagne – Rachel Geneviève Gauvin, age 69, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2013. She was born to the late Henri Gauvin and Hectorine Cormier.
Rachel is survived by her life partner, Christine (Kitty) Clercy; her daughter, Chantal Robichaud of Moncton; and her son, Christian Robichaud (Camylle) of Orléans, Ont; her two brothers, Robert (Heather) and Roland (Lisa) of Moncton; and her sister, Diane Delisle (Jacques) of Montreal. She also leaves behind her lovely grandchildren, Sean, Miguel and Geneviève who were her life. Numerous loving relatives and friends will miss her.
There will be a celebration of her life on April 27, 2013 at 4:00pm at the Centre culturel Aberdeen in Moncton. Donations may be made to Fondation Nationale de l’Acadie or Campagne majeure du Centre culturel Aberdeen.
