Rachel LeBlanc

Notre-Dame-de-Kent, NB – Rachel LeBlanc, 68, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont university hospital centre on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. 

Born in St-Anselme, NB, she was the daughter of the late Aurèle and Anita LeBlanc (born Bujold).

Rachel will be sadly missed by her husband, Valérie LeBlanc, of Notre-Dame; one son, Daniel Joseph LeBlanc (Vanessa) of Notre-Dame; one daughter, Maurise Nowlan (Peter) of Alberta; one brother, Michel LeBlanc of Notre-Dame; one sister, Annette Damiani of Irishtown; three grand-daughters, Jenna, Mia and Ashley (Jeff); one great grand-daughter, Abbigale; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides her father, she was predeceased by her husband’s parents, Alyre and Elizabeth LeBlanc.

Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Thursday, January 2nd, 2020, from 7pm to 9pm and on Friday, January 3rd, 2020 from 2pm until time of the Celebration of Life at Passage Funeral Chapel at 4pm.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of your choice.

The family would like to thank from the bottom of their hearts the staff of the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont university hospital centre in palliative and oncology. A special thank you to Dre. Sylvie LeBlanc, Dr. Robin Comeau and Dr. Gadirah Skander for all the good care and support provided to Rachel and the family during the hardest moments.
