In Loving Memory Of
Real “Ralph” Bourque
January 5, 2018

Moncton, NB – Real “Ralph” Bourque, 78, passed away at the Moncton Hospital, on Friday, January 5, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Rosaire and Lina (LeBlanc) Bourque of Sunny Brae.

Dad played many sports in his life and loved being outside. He was proud to have been a golfer, a skier, a scuba diver and a fisherman. More than all others, his joy was hunting. He learned this sport from his father and passed it along to those he loved.

Dad volunteered his time as a fire arms and hunter safety instructor, as well as an archery instructor, for many years for the province and loved sharing his passion with others.

Above all else that he did, Dad loved spending his time with family, and he cherished teaching them about the outdoors.

He is survived by his wife, Muriel; his sons Paul, Roger, Terry (Lori) and his daughters, Cindy (Glenn) and Christine; his grand-daughters, whom he adored, Felicia, Ashley, Stephanie, Alivia and Zoé; his brothers, Alderic (Isabelle), Gerald, Léo-Paul (Gertrude), André and Bernard; his sisters, Stella Bonello (Tony), Yvette Theriault (Fern), Albertine Johnson (Michel), Florida Breau (Roger), Suzanne Bourgeois (Léopold) and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Donald, George and May.

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel, 625 Mountain Road (corner West Lane), Moncton, on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 from 2 pm until time of funeral service at Passage Chapel at 4 pm.

In memory of Dad and his love of the outdoors, donations to the NB Wildlife Federation would be appreciated.

His family would like to thank Dr. Sharif and the angel nurses at the 4200 unit of the Moncton Hospital. We could not have asked for better or more compassionate care for Dad.
