Moncton, NB – Rémi Robichaud, 79, passed away peacefully at the Moncton Hospital, on Thursday, December 12, 2013, after a sudden illness.

Born in St-Charles, NB on October 1, 1934, he was the son of the late Henri and the late Anna Robichaud.

Rémi will be sadly missed by his children, Jean-Guy (Mary) of St-Philippe, Juliette Vienneau (Greg) of Moncton and Daniel (Mary) of Moncton; his two grandchildren, Amélie (Ryan) and Marcel; his three great grandchildren, Isabelle, Dylan and Mason; his four brothers, Louis (Maria) of St-Charles, Eugène (Andréa) of Grande-Aldouane, Charles (Thérèse) of St-Charles and Jean-Emile (Aline) of Richibouctou-Village; his two sisters, Aurore Poirier (late Dosithé) of Richibouctou and Marie Babineau (Hervé) of Moncton; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Maria; four sisters, Margaret-Anne, Catherine, Jeanne and Brigitte.

In respect to Rémi’s wishes there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix RC Church (87 Murphy Ave) in Moncton, on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 2 pm; also there will be a mass in memory of his wife, the late Maria Robichaud on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 4 pm.
