Shediac – Rita Haché, 87, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, July 16, 2012.
Born in Shediac Bridge, NB on January 11, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and late Christine (Caissie) Poirier.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Pauline (Hervé) Cormier; her son, Léo (Annette) Haché; her daughter-in-law, Azelma Poirier; her brother, Amand (Edna); her grandchildren, Chantale (Wade) and Yves (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Calvin, Ryan, Kristen and Jeremy; her two half-sisters, Noëlla (Hervé), Christine (Gérald); her three half-brothers, Adrien (Diane), Blair (Géraldine) and Norbert (Gisèle); also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Edouard (1993); a son, Rhéal; one brother, Léonce; three sisters, Léola, Amanda, Dorina; and three half-brothers, Donald, Camille and Normand.
Visitations, limited to immediate family only, will take place at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Friday, July 20, 2012 from 9 am till funeral service at 11 am to be held at the Passage Chapel.
A donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
