Robert Arthur LeBlanc
1941 ~ 2023

Moncton, NB – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the death of Robert Arthur LeBlanc, 81, on Monday, October 2nd, 2023, at the Faubourg du Mascaret in Moncton.

Born in Montreal, he was the son of the late Arthur and the late Edna LeBlanc (Lacenaire).

After 49 years of marriage, Robert will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Mabel. He is also survived by his sisters: Pauline (late Yvon) Boudreault of Delson, QC, Diane (late Jean) Lavallée of Saint-Hubert, QC, and Linda (late Claude) Lavoine of Tucumseh, ON; his brothers: Jean-Paul (Nicole) LeBlanc of Cowansville, QC, Normand (Carole) LeBlanc of Brossard, QC, and Michel (Jacqueline) LeBlanc of Shawinigan, QC; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Jeannette (late Jean-Charles) Boudreault; as well as his dog, Cloe.

Before his retirement, Robert had a career as a teacher for 35 years. He taught in Montreal, and in schools in Dieppe, such as, Sacré-Coeur and Mathieu-Martin. He loved to travel and Hawaii was his favorite place to visit. He also enjoyed downhill skiing and playing cards.

Visitations will take place on Wednesday, October 11th, 2023 at Passage-Chartersville (363 Amirault Street, Dieppe) from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the chapel at 3:45 p.m. Wearing a mask is optional.
