Grande-Digue, NB – Robert Babineau, 93, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, on Monday, June 25, 2018.

Born in Grande-Digue, NB, he was the son of the late Edelbert Babineau and the late Laura (LeBlanc) Babineau.

Robert will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Nélida of Grande-Digue; by his son, Bernard (Linda) of Ottawa, ON; by his two daughters, Roberte Richard (Euclide) of Notre-Dame and Odette Leger (Benoit) of Cormier Village; by his four brothers, Valmond (late Antoinette) of Massachusetts, USA, Camille (late Maria) of Massachusetts, USA, Edmond (Annette) of Massachusetts, USA and Aurèle (Rosaline) of Grande-Digue; by his three sisters, Eveline Leger (late Armand) of Massachusetts, USA, Dorice Leger (René) of Grande-Digue and Laudia Hébert (Laurie) of Grande-Digue; by his two grandchildren, Rémi and Josée; and by his sister-in-law, Rita.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Eugène.

Visitation will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9 am until time of funeral service. Funeral service will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel at 11 am.
