Moncton, NB – It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert “Bob” LeBlanc at his residence on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the age of 74.
Born in Moncton, NB, on September 28, 1951, he was the son of the late Raymond LeBlanc and the late Stella LeBlanc (née Melanson).
Bob also leaves his sister, Vickie LeBlanc of Ontario, and his three brothers: Mike LeBlanc (Yvette) of Grande-Digue, Maurice LeBlanc, and Bernard LeBlanc (Suzanne), both of Moncton.
Bob was a truck driver and, for most of his career, worked for the school board as a school bus driver, a job he loved. Hearing “Good morning, Bob” from the kids always made his day.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Diane.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. ONLY. At Passage Shediac Bridge 3754 route 134 Shediac Bridge NB. There will be no funeral service following visitations..

Mes enfants ont pris son autobus pendant toutes leurs années à l’école (maintenant en 8e et 4e année). Ils étaient toujours très tristes si ce n’était pas M. Robert qui conduisait. Ils le trouvaient tellement gentil et patient avec les enfants. Mes condoléances à toute la famille.

Bon repos mon ami!! Tu as été un collègue no. 1 et un bon ami pendant une quinzaine d’années, 5 jours par semaine. J’aimais beaucoup nos discussiins avec toi et Carolle G. On se consultaient et on se supportaient!! Tu étais travaillant, bienveillant et toujours à l’heure! Tu aimais les enfants et tu les gatais. Merci d’avoir essayé de nous faire gagner à la Loto!! T’étais un bon gars!! Je vais garder de très bons souvenirs! Merci pour tout et surtout pour ton amitié!!

Rest in peace, Mr. Robert. He was my bus driver since 1st grade and he was incredible. Everyone loved him cause he would play music in the bus and would give us treats for the holidays. He was truly the best bus driver, rest in peace.
