In Loving Memory Of
Robert “Bob” Poirier
1948 ~ 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Robert “Bob” Poirier, 76, on Thursday, April 18th, 2024, at the Albert House Hospice in Moncton.

Born in Shediac Bridge, he was the son of the late Henri and the late Juliette Poirier (Despres).

Bob will be sadly missed by his daughter, Tammy Lee Willoughby of Topeka, KS; his grandchildren: Morgan, Madisyn, Cash, and Harmony; his great granddaughter, Evelynn; his brother, Albert (Dorine) Poirier of Cocagne; his sister, Doris Poirier (Georges Arsenault) of Dieppe; his niece and nephews: Marc (Rebecca), Jessica, and Jake; as well as his special friend, Linda.

In respect to Bob’s wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. A graveside service will be held at Saint-Pierre de Cocagne RC Parish cemetery at a later date.

Donations in memory of Bob can be made to the Albert House Hospice in Moncton or to the CHU Dumont Foundation.

Mes sympathies à Albert et Dorice pour le décès de votre grand frère et à toute la famille.My sympathy’to you Linda ;you lost a great guy.I met you once when you came to eat fricot in Cocagne.I had talked to you about how we enjoyed playing cards with Bobby.J’aimais bien jouer aux cartes avec Bobby qui nous racontait des histoires amusantes et je le trouvais drôle.Repose en paix Bobby avec tes parents .Je priais que tes parents viennent te chercher.
