Vancouver, BC – Robert Ford, 33, passed away in Vancouver on Thursday, October 24, 2019.

Born in Vancouver, he was the son of the late John Ford. He is survived by his adoptive parents, Dale and Joanne Babineau, his adoptive paternal grandparents, Ronald and Géraldine Babineau, and his adoptive maternal grandparents, Emile and Diane Johnson.

Robert will be sadly missed by his brothers, Steven Johnson (Jessica) and their children, Noah and Isaac, of Bouctouche, and Ryan Babineau (Danica) of Shediac River; his sister, Terrah McNamara (Charlie) and their children, Aria and Emmett, of New Glasgow, NS; his half-brother, Justin Fiddler of Vancouver; his half-sister, Britany Elderkin; also by his aunts and uncles, Mark Babineau (Louise), Peter Ford, David Ford (Scott), Bryce (Stacey) and Anne-Marie Picon Ford; his cousins, Annik, Zackery (Laura), Brandon LeBlanc, Nicholas Ford (Rachel), Jessie Ford, Christina (Kevin), Anthony, Gina, Michael, Lucie, Benjamin, Elijah, Matthew and Molly.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by his special friend, Dorianne Billy, his parental grandfather and grandmother, Shirley Ford and Bob “Robert” Ford; his adoptive great grandmother, Yvonne Babineau; his great grandmother and great grandfather, Marie and Odilon Johnson; and his cousin, Terry Doyle.

Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 9am until time of funeral service at Passage funeral chapel at 11am.
