In Loving Memory Of
Roger Breau
1941 ~ 2026

Cocagne, NB– Roger Normand Breau, 84, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 30th, 2026, at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton.

Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Amédée Breau and the late Marguerite (Allain) Breau.

He will be sadly missed by his wife of 61 years, Florida Breau (née: Bourque); his three daughters: Chantal Robichaud (Gilles) of Cocagne, Rachelle Lemai (Daniel) of Notre-Dame, and Nicole Babineau (Jonathan) of Saint-Antoine; his four brothers: Aldérice (Bernadette), Jules (Andréa), and Ronald (Francine) all of Cocagne, and Raymond (Lucille) of Shediac; his three sisters: Dorca Pellerin (Donald), and Joanne Cormier (late Léo) both of Cocagne, and Odette Richard (Louis) of Shediac; his brothers-in-law: Aldéric, Bernard, and André; his sisters-in-law: Stella, Yvette, Albertine, and Suzanne; his aunt, Florine Cormier; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Roger worked as a Welder Boilermaker Local 73. He also worked with his father’s business, “Amédée et Fils”, and Day and Ross Fastrack division. He was truly known as a jack of all trades. Most of all, he was a devoted husband and father. His wife and three daughters always came first.

Visitation will be held at Passage Funeral Cooperative, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, NB, E4R 1T3, 506-532-1050, on Thursday, February 5th, 2026, from 12 noon to 2 pm, followed by a funeral service in the chapel at 2 pm. Reception will follow.
