Roger Collette, 74 of Bouctouche, passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Wednesday July 1, 2020. He was married to the late Thérèse (Saulnier) Collette (1996). Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late Eric and the late Doris (Dallaire) Collette.
He will be sadly missed by his four children; Jenny Allain (Jean-Marie), Lisa Collette-Poirier (Ricky) of Bouctouche, Jackie Collette (Edgar Robichaud) and Roger Jr. of Richiboucto, nine grandchildren; Joline, Mona, Samuel, Sébastien, Samantha, Sabrina, Ashley, Justina and Dylan, as well as thirteen great grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn a special friend Rita Léger, two sisters; Rachelle LeBlanc (Ronald), Gisèle Cormier (Gilles LeBlanc) of Bouctouche and several nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by two sisters; Marie and Pauline.
A private funeral Mass will be celebrated at a later date. Interment will be in the Bouctouche parish cemetery.
