In Loving Memory Of
Roger Léger
1954 - 2022

Dieppe, NB – Following a courageous battle with a long term illness, Roger Léger, 68, passed away peacefully at “Foyer Notre-Dame du Sacré-Cœur “ in Dieppe, on Saturday, September 10, 2022 surrounded by family. 

Born in Dieppe, NB, he was the son of the late Roy and the late Julienne Léger (LeBlanc). 

Roger was predeceased by his wife Denise Léger (Arsenault) in 2013. He will be sadly missed by his daughters: Stéphanie Léger (Mathieu LeBlanc) of Moncton and Christelle Léger (Marc-André Gallant) of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC; his grandchildren: Livia, Alexia and Jacob; his two sisters: Irène LeBlanc (Francis) of Grand-Barachois and Annette Goguen (Jim) of Moncton; his three brothers: Eugene (Josanne), David (Debbie) both of Dieppe and Raymond (Gisèle) of Lower Sackville, NS; also by several nieces, nephews and his in-laws. 

Roger enjoyed all the little things in life such as spending time with family and friends, listening to music (especially The Beatles), watching the Montréal Canadiens and eating his 12” works pizza from Vito’s. 

Visitation will be held at Passage – Chartersville, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB, (506-857-1901), on Thursday, September 15, 2022 from 4pm to 7pm. Please note that there will be no public visitation on Friday morning. Funeral service will take place at Sainte-Thérèse-de-l’Enfant-Jésus RC Church in Dieppe, on Friday, September 16, 2022 at 11am.

A special thank you to all the wonderful staff at the “Foyer Notre-Dame du Sacré-Coeur” for the love and attention given to Roger until the very end.

    Cormier family from the Cape Breton Rd. Dad has dementia and us at the Faubourgh he’s 91, sadly doesn’t know us anymore.
