Cocagne, NB – Roland Mazerolle, 75, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, surrounded by his loving family, on Saturday, November 26, 2016.
Born in Campbellton, NB, he was the son of the late Léopold and Alma (Heppell) Mazerolle.
Roland will be sadly missed by his wife, Lise (Paillard) Mazerolle; his two daughters, Sylvie Armstrong (Andy) of Dartmouth, NS and Hélène Mazerolle (Eric Bérubé) of Prévost, QC; his two sisters, Janine Mazerolle Diotte (Ernest) of Balmoral and Léola Mazerolle-Taylor (Gordon) of Penticton, BC; his two sisters-in-law, Helen Mazerolle of Courtenay, BC and Pat Mazerolle of Edmonton, AB; his five grandchildren, Alex, Danny, Madeleine Armstrong and Amélie-Eve, Thomas Bérubé; also by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one son, Jacques and two brothers, Maurice and Charles.
Visitations will be at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne slumber room in Cocagne on Friday, December 2, 2016 from 1 until time of funeral service at 3 pm at St-Pierre-de-Cocagne Roman Catholic Church. A reception will follow at the Golden Age Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Chu Dumont Foundation (Oncology or Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
