Riverside-Albert, NB – Ronald Cecil Snelgrove, 92, passed away at the Forestdale Nursing Home in Riverside-Albert on Friday, June 23, 2017.
Born in Newfoundland, he was the son of the late Ephriam and Esther (Pettett) Snelgrove.
He was an avid fisherman, hunter and trapper.
Ronald is survived by his two children, Kathleen (Wayne) Garnett, Ronald Snelgrove; he will also be deeply missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; a few special people in his life, Michael and Donna McGinnis and Larry Craig.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Jean Mae (Steeves) Snelgrove (2014); his son, Wayne; his siblings, Kathleen, Les, Chess; his great grandson, Thomas John Green; like a son, Gary Cullen.
In keeping with Ron’s wishes cremation has taken place and burial will take place at a later date.
