  8. To Jeannette and family.
Sorry to read this today. Mme Basques had told me he was not well. Been so long since I have seen you. Covid has separated so many of us. We do go way back as neighbors in the Beausejour in St Anseleme. Then you moved and we moved. Then we found ourselves neighbors again at Mapleton on Fairlane Dr. Look forward to seeing you someday soon .From Carol Poitras

  12. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Your husband, father was my supervisor during the 4 years I worked at Dorchester. “JRF” was a classic example of what a leader should be. I always felt like I worked with him versus for him. He had a great strong handshake and a genuine smile.

  13. Great man and supervisor at Dorchester. Always had a big smile. Was great to new officers starting their career. My condolences to his close friends and family.

  14. Please accept my condolences. JRF was a good friend and a great supervisor, you worked with him not for him. He looked after his men/ women and they looked after him. Good bye old friend.

  15. I worked with JRF for several years at Dorchester until he retired. He was a very kind and caring man and those who worked with him liked and respected him very much. JRF could always be counted on. My deepest sympathies and condolences to his family and friends. RIP my old friend and mentor..
