Ronald Roy

Cocagne – Ronald Roy, 71 passed away peacefully on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the Stella-Maris de Kent Hospital.

Born on October 6, 1941 in Shediac, NB, he was the son of the late Leo Roy and Nora Bourque.

He is survived by two sisters, Jeanne Vachet (André) of Montreal, Phyllis Roy of Moncton; two brothers, Normand (Josette) of Cocagne and Maurice (Paulette) of St-Louis de Kent and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marie and Rita, one brother, Eugene and a nephew, Roger Roy.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr Ronald Fontaine and the nurses from the Stella-Maris de Kent Hospital for all their devotion and professionalism. A special thank you to the Foyer Joe, Bouctouche. To all of you, we sincerely thank you.

Visitations will be at St. Pierre de Cocagne RC Church slumber room on Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm., Friday, October 12th, 2012 from 9:30 am till the time of the funeral. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Pierre de Cocagne RC Church on Friday, October 12th, 2012 at 11:00 am with burial to follow at the parish cemetery.

Donations to the St. Pierre de Cocagne Parish Fund would be appreciated by the family.
