Cap-Pelé, NB – Rose-Anna Fougère, 81, passed away suddenly at “Résidence Castel Des Flots Bleus Ltee” in Cap-Pelé, surrounded by her loving family, on Thursday, May 18, 2017, after a brief illness.

Born in Saint-Ignace, NB, she was the daughter of the late Antoine and Marianne (Richard) Robichaud.

Rose-Anna will be sadly missed by her son, Roland (Nicole) of Bouctouche; her five daughters, Ginette Cormier (Irois) of Grand-Barachois, Claudette Comeau (Donald Melanson) of Cap-Pelé, Rosella Mazerolle (Robert) of Shediac, Carmella Saulnier (Néri) of Cap-Pelé, Linda Fougère (Mike Mitton) of Shemogue; her son-in-law, Roger Cormier (Fernande) of Grand-Barachois; her five brothers, Yvon (Florence) of Moncton, Omer (Ann) of Haute-Aboujagane, Joseph (Bernice) of Shediac, Normand (Eva) of Moncton and Émile (Claudette) of Memramcook; her two sisters, Maria Cormier (Alfred) of Grand-Barachois and Jeanne-Eva Robichaud of Moncton; her sister-in-law, Thérèse Robichaud of Shediac; her former son-in-law, Bernard Comeau of Shediac; her seven grandchildren, André, Mathieu, Luc, Joël, Joshua, Jocelyn and Corey; her two step-grandchildren, Mathieu and André; her four greatgrandchildren, Sofia, Cédric, Thomas and Janie; also by several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Alphée (2010); one daughter, Joanne (2001); her two brothers, Emerie and Ovila; her baby sister, Jeanne-Eva; her great grandson, Samuel.

Visitations will be at Sainte-Thérèse-d’Avila slumber room in Cap-Pelé, on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and on Monday, May 22, 2017 from 9:30 until time of funeral service at Sainte-Thérèse-d’Avila RC Church at 10:30 am. Reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
