In Loving Memory Of
Rose-Marie Léger
1936 ~ 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Rose-Marie Léger, 87, on Wednesday, June 5th, 2024, at the Moncton Residence.

Born in Pré-d’en-Haut, she was the daughter of the late Anselme and the late Yvonne Gautreau.

Rose will be sadly missed by her children: Debbie (Guy) Richard of Moncton and Michael (Diane) Léger of Shediac; her son-in-law, Georges Fougère of Grande-Digue; her grandchildren: Serge, François, Chantal, Luc, and Alexandre; her great grandchildren: Raphaël and Zara; her sister, Norma (Francis) LeBlanc of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert; her daughter, Denise Fougère; and her sister, Claudette (Marcel) Dufort.

Rose was devoted to her family and loved supporting her grandchildren and her great grandchildren in all their endeavors. She enjoyed hockey, golf games and watching her late-night news! She also loved travelling to visit with family and friends.
The family wishes to express their sincerest gratitude to the staff and her many friends at the Moncton Residence.

Visitations will be held at Passage-Chartersville (363 Amirault Street, Dieppe) on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, from 10:00am until time of service. A funeral service will be held in the chapel at 12:00pm.

Donations in memory of Rose can be made to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick.
