St-Paul-de-Kent, NB – It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Kellar, 57, on Monday, November 24th, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB.
Born in St. John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ronald and the late Doris Kellar.
She is survived by her common-law husband, Lucien Simard; by her daughters: Cassandra Kellar (Mario) of St-Louis-de-Kent and Erika Kellar of St-Paul-de-Kent; by her son, Eric Kellar of St-Paul-de-Kent; by her grandchildren: Kayla, Sophia and Bianca; by her sisters: Carol, Nancy, Gail (late Bill) and Donna; by her brother, Wayne (Vicki), all of St. John, NB, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her sisters: Barbara and Sheila.
A special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of the palliative care department at the Dumont Hospital for the excellent care given to Sharon during the last few months.
Visitation will be held from Passage-Maillet, 29 de l’Église Street, Bouctouche, NB, (506) 743-2207, on Saturday, November 29th, 2025, from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Burial will take place in St-Paul-de-Kent Cemetery.
In Sharon’s memory, a donation can be made to the CHU-Dumont Hospital Foundation “Oncology”.
