It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Leblanc (Beers) at the Moncton City Hospital on Friday, March 19th, 2021. Sharon was born 1952 in Moncton New Brunswick.
She will be greatly missed by her partner James Steele and her son Greg Leblanc. She was also the loving sister to Gary (Sandra), Joyce Young (Gordon), Alan, Gail and Greg (Sherry). She will also be greatly missed by numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Bliss and Louise and brother Wayne (Marion).
Sharon will be remembered as a matriarch within her family. As well as a smart, hard working, independent, entrepreneurial spirit. She was a fantastic friend and confidant to many and loved and supported her family dearly. Sharon was the founder of Shar’s Care a group of special care homes catering to people with special needs in the area of mental health. She also was a Teachers Assistant with the Province, supporting high school students with special needs. She loved her family her friends and her beloved pets.
A thoughtful message from her re-iterates how unselfish, supportive and thoughtful she was of others:
"Take care of each other. Spend time together. Let go of any negative. Embrace life, love, laughter. We can have it all; we can have the most through love, loyalty, an open heart and mind."
There will be no formal service or Funeral but there will be a celebration of life with her family at a later date.
James and Greg know how much Sharon meant to so many, please remember her by the memories and laughter you all have shared. James and Greg would like to thank all of those for their support and love during this time.
