In Loving Memory Of
Stephen Christopher Landry
1973 ~ 2024

Grande-Digue, NB – Stephen Christopher Landry passed away peacefully at home on July 6th, 2024, after bravely battling cancer. Born in Toronto, Ontario on November 6th, 1973, Stephen was the cherished son of Alvin and Loretta (Gaudet) Landry, and the beloved brother of Lisa (Landry) Goguen.

Stephen shared a beautiful life with his loving wife of 25 years, Jennifer (Downing) Landry. Together, they raised three wonderful children, Sarah, Grace, and Scott, to whom he was a loving and supportive father. He was also a beloved member of his family and community.

A cherished uncle to 16 nieces and nephews, Stephen was known for his big teasing personality and his love of dad jokes. His sense of humor and caring nature made him a cornerstone in the lives of those who knew him.

Stephen was a true guitar guru, always entertaining and serenading his loved ones with his beautiful voice. A passionate fan of Star Wars and The Matrix with a surprising love for Hallmark movies. His deep gratitude for life, coupled with his enthusiasm for a good cup of coffee, made him a joy to be around.

Stephen’s presence was a gift to all who knew him. His legacy of love, laughter, and music will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Stephen will be sadly missed by his three children: Sarah, Grace, and Scott; his wife Jennifer; his parents Alvin and Loretta Landry; his sister Lisa Goguen (Mark); his Father and Mother in-law Alonzo and Phyllis Downing; his five sister in laws and six brother in laws, Krystal Hamm (Scott), Lisa Downing (Carl Villeneuve), Stephanie Downing (Ross), Monica Shaw (Joel), Erika Spence (Jason), and Michael Downing; as well as many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to send a heartfelt thank you to the nurses from the New-Brunswick extra mural program.  A notable thank you to all his dedicated special care support people who provided him with care and compassion over these last six months.

Visitations will be held at Passage (3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge) on Thursday, July 11th, 2024, from 7:00pm until 9:00pm, and again on Friday, July 12th, 2024, from 9:00am until 10:30am.
