1986 – 2021
Riverview, NB – Tammy (Gina) Cormier, 35, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre of Moncton, NB on Thursday, December 9th, 2021 after a long battle with cancer.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of Roger Cormier and Emelia Cormier born Martin.
Tammy will be sadly missed by her loving angel, her daughter, Emily Cormier-Lagasse of Alberta; one brother, Jason Cormier (Lisa) of Cap-Pelé and their daughters, Mia, and Cassandra; one sister, Abigail Cormier (Michel) of Alberta and their daughter, Saya; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many caring friends.
Tammy was predeceased by her grand-parents, Laurie Cormier and Rose Cormier born Hébert as well as Maxime Martin and Brigitte Martin born Robichaud.
In respect of Tammy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Celebration of her life will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel of Moncton (625, Mountain rd) on Tuesday, December 14th, 2021 at 2pm. Due to the restrictions related to the current pandemic, double vaccination and wearing a mask will be mandatory and required at the entrance of the funeral home.

The family would like to thank from the bottom of their heart the doctors and nurses of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre 4A, 4E, 4F and the Oncology Department for all the good care and support provided to Tammy and to the family during the hardest moments. Thank you to Ron, Doug and Carol Trites as well for taking care of Tammy at their residence.
