Shediac, – Thérèse Poirier, 90, of Résidence O’Bon Soins, Shediac, passed away on Wednesday, January 13th, 2021 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.
Born in Waterville, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and the late Amanda (née: Lacharité) Fagan.
She will be dearly missed by her children: Alonzo Poirier (Anita) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent, Albert Poirier (Huberte) of Bouctouche, Marie-Thérèse Bourgeois (Roger LeBlanc) of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent, Edgar Poirier of Cap-Pelé, Zoel Poirier (Annette) of Notre-Dame-de-Kent, Rachelle Poirier (Henrie Cormier) of Saint-Antoine-de-Kent, Stella Devarennes (Charles Chiasson) of Richibucto, Charlotte Deryaw (late Steven) of Shediac, Paul Poirier (Janet) of Vancouver and Charline LeBlanc (Yves) of Memramcook; her siblings: Précile Gallant (Léo) of Shediac Bridge, Alphé Fagan (Annette Caissie) of Moncton, Noëlla Gallant (Normand) of Shediac, Germaine McKenen (Norman) of Peters Mills, Celine LeBlanc (Clarence) of Shediac and Henrie Fagan (Alvetta) of Richibucto; 19 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Alonzo Poirier in 1975; her life partner, Rosario Roy; her daughter, Della; her sisters: Lorraine and Marie-Mai and also by her brothers: Paul and Louis.
