Thérèse Ryan (nee Goguen) of Saint-André-LeBlanc passed away peacefully at La Villa Providence in Shediac on October 20, 2015 at the age of 86.

Thérèse was the daughter of the late Alfred and Marie (LeBlanc) Goguen.

She is survived by her brother, Gérard Goguen (Marie-Anne) of Shsdiac, NB and her sister, Huberte Dunsmuir of Victoria BC.

She leaves to mourn seven children, Marilyn (Gérard Légère), Gordon (Cécile Bourque), Carole (Charles Goguen), Danny (Janita Léger), Gary (Berthe Boudreau), Kevin (Yvette Cormier) and Wayne; her ten grandchildren and her eight great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd in 2008; three infant children; three sisters, Dorilla, Marguerite, Alveta and one brother, Camille.

Thérèse was a very artistic person. She expressed this through sewing, quilting, gardening, cooking, and beautiful needle point and cross stitching which she loved to share with family and friends.

Visitations will be at the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila slumber room in Cap-Pelé, on Friday, October 23rd, 2015 from 7 to 9 pm and on Saturday, October 24th, 2015 from 9:15 to 10:15 am. Funeral service will be held at the Ste-Thérèse d’Avila RC Church in Cap-Pelé, on Saturday, October 24th, 2015 at 10:30 am. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
Donations can be made in Mum’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
