Thérèse Collette, 88, of Résidence au Benaise, Saint-Antoine and formerly of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the UHC Dr Georges L Dumont, Moncton on Thursday September 28, 2017. She was married to the late Gerard Collette (2002). Born in Bathurst, she was the daughter of the late James and the late Madeleine (Watson) Roy.
She will be sadly missed by her six children; Norman (Mae), Paul (Lisa) of Saint-Paul, Edmond (Della), Shirley LeBlanc (Bernard) of Moncton, Linda Leaman (Randy) of Saint-John and Aline LeBlanc (Robert) of Cocagne, eighteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren as well as several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by two daughters; Maria (1990) and Alice (1992), one sister Agnes and one brother Rudolph.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Paul-de-Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room, on Sunday October 1, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and on Monday October 2nd, from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Saint-Paul-de-Kent Church on Monday October 2, 2017 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
