Shediac, NB – Ulysse Bourque, 87, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital, Moncton, on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, after a lengthy illness.
Born in Grande-Digue, NB, he was the son of the late Philippe and the late Irène (nee Gallant) Bourque.
Ulysse is survived by his loving wife, Lilianne Bourque of Shediac; by his two daughters, Claudette Searle (Mark) of Mississauga, ON and Brenda of Shediac; by his two sons, Ronald of Creston, BC and Brian (Carole) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; by his five brothers Clarence (Marguerite) of Shediac, Philippe Jr. (Gloria) of Shemogue, Simon of Grand-Barachois, Éloie (Sara) and Guy all of Shemogue; his three sisters, Juliette Lirette (late Gérard) of Kitchener, ON, Yvonne Lemieux (Gérald) of Sherbrooke, QC, and Valerice LeBlanc (Arcade) of Shemogue; by his five grandchildren, Aubrey, Jesse, Kristina, Emily and Nessa.; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Émile; four sisters, Justine, Vitaline, Adéline and Claire.
Visitations will be held at Passage in Shediac Bridge, on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 10 am until time of funeral service at Passage Chapel at 11 am. Reception will follow.
