Ulysse W Leger, 92, of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, passed away peacefully at the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Bouctouche, on Saturday October 8, 2016. He was married to the late Azelia (LeBlanc) Leger (2008). Born in Bouctouche, he was the son of the late William and the late Marie (Goguen) Leger.
He will be sadly missed by his daughters; Lucie Bastarache (Bob Gray) of Irishtown, Alice LeBlanc (Désiré) of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent, his sons; Eric (Nicole), Donat (Monique), Telex (Anne-Marie), all of Saint-Joseph-de-Kent and Yvon (Nicole Godin) of Lakeville, eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Ulysse was predeceased by a sister, Emilienne and a brother, Aquila.
Visitations will be held at the Maillet Funeral Home, 29 rue de l’église Bouctouche, on Monday October 10, 2016 from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 9pm and on Tuesday from 2 to 3:45pm. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste Roman Catholic Church, on Tuesday October 11, 2016 at 4:00pm with interment in the parish cemetery,
