It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Eveline Michaud, 64, of Bouctouche, surrounded by her family at the Dr Georges L. Dumont UHC on May 3rd, 2016. Married to Marc Michaud she was born in St-Paul de Kent, and was the daughter of the late Albert Roy and late Louise LeBlanc.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Marc, her daughter Mélanie (Kyle Boehme) of Calgary and son Jean François (Isabelle) of Saint-Antoine, her beloved grandchildren Maxime and Marie-Eve of Saint- Antoine; her four sisters; Anna Goguen (Jean Paul) of Cocagne, Alberta Roy (Gerald Blanchard) of Montreal, Huberte Michaud (Benoit) of Bouctouche and Denise Belliveau (Leo) of Moncton; two brothers; Robert Roy of Bouctouche and Yvon Roy (Gisele)of Bathurst as well as several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Roger (1972).
She was the former co-owner of La Ferme Michaud of Bouctouche.
We would like to thank the Dr. Georges L. Dumont staff from the 3A and palliative units for their compassionate and special care.
As per the wishes of the family there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Funeral Mass will be held at the Saint-Jean Baptiste Church in Bouctouche on Monday May 9, 2016 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery.
In memory of Eveline, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
