In Loving Memory Of
Victor Ray Sparks
1955 ~ 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Victor Ray Sparks, 68, on Monday, October 2nd, 2023 at the Veterans’ Health Centre in Moncton.

Born in Sackville, he was the son of the late Howard and Pauline Sparks (Eldridge).

Victor will be sadly missed by his mother, Pauline; his children: Jordan Sparks, and Stacey Sparks; his granddaughter, Brielle Gosmon; his sisters: Deanna (Donald) Bembridge, Noreen (late Carl) Goodwin, Sandra (David) Harano, Barbara (late Daniel) Kay, Vivian (Louis) LeBlanc, and Shaune (Danny) Coughlin; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by his one and only, loving wife, Katie (Steadman).

Victor had been battling multiple types of cancer over several years. He was proud to serve his country and continued to serve after his retirement by volunteering doing Crisis work with those struggling with post deployment.

The family would like to dedicate a special thank you to the staff at the Veterans’ Health Centre for all the care they provided, as well as their friendship.

In respect to Victor’s wishes, there will be no visitations and no funeral service.

Donations on memory of Victor can be made to the Veterans’ Health Centre in Moncton.
